About Avalar
Avalar began in 1994 as a small independent California real estate company. The CEO, Chuck Scoble, embedded progressive ideas and a strategic focus into his company that soon attracted top producing agents. In 1999, Avalar started to expand outside of California to the Western US with steady growth plans for offices nationwide and worldwide.
Progressive Ideas. Avalar is serious about building enduring local offices with agents and brokers that have a long-term focus. A portion of franchise royalty fees are redistributed to franchise owners for revenue sharing to brokers and agents and to continue to build upon the internal office tools. Brokers are a source of long-term support for their agents not micro-managers. Experienced top-producing agents act as mentors to new agents and receive compensation for this mentor work. This technique builds the talent pool while retaining top agents. This system allows the broker to fulfill a true leadership role. Avalar has a steady focus on long-term success for its brokers, agents, and customers. I deeply believe in the progressive ideas and strategic focus of Avalar, and I am determined to use these concepts for a better customer experience. I invite you to review the company website at www.Avalar.biz.
My main office is located at Avalar Austin on Bee Caves, but I have the opportunity to work in conjunction with other local Avalar offices:
